Daphne MacGregor-Greer
Daphne began her term in May 2008, bringing 28 years of experience as an adult Member of Girl Guides of Canada.
She was a girl member, and has been a Unit Guider of Sparks, Brownies and Guides, a Commissioner at the district and division levels, a Deputy Area Commissioner (SVI Area) and a Deputy Provincial Commissioner. She has also been an elected Member of BC Council, a member of the Provincial Program Committee and the Provincial International Committee, and has been the Provincial International director.
Daphne currently lives in Victoria with her husband. She has spent most of her Guiding years in Victoria, but also Halifax, Toronto and Ottawa. Since she and her husband raised their two daughters (who are active adult Members of Guiding), they have been able to indulge in their love of traveling. They are always planning an adventure to a new destination or to an old favourite.
