The Provincial Finance Committee, which is known as a Standing Committee, meets 10 times a year, although occasionally a conference call is held.

The Committee consists of:

• Finance Director who chairs the meetings.
• Provincial Treasurer
• Finance Manager who is a staff member
• The Provincial Commissioner and her Deputies
• Any number of Members and non-Members.

The Finance Committee has several sub-committees and their Chairpersons who attend the Finance Committees representing the sub-committees.

These include:

• Merchandising
• Properties
  Real Property Procedures and Capital Grants Forms
• Guide House
• Human Resources
• Resource Management.

The agenda of the Finance Committee Meetings would include:

• Current Financial Statements and Operational Review
• Reports from Sub-Committees
• Reports from BC Council and Executive
• Any number of financial topics each meeting.
