Girl Guides of Canada provides a formal training program that develops and enhances the leadership skills of Adult Members, ensuring that every Guider has the knowledge and resources to be effective in her position. A wide variety of training opportunities is available. The Provincial Training Committee promotes and administers the Leadership Development Program (LDP) and the Trainer Development Program (TDP) within BC. The training programs are designed and produced at the National level of Girl Guides of Canada-Guides du Canada.
