Spring Festivals are about the celebration of life
Returning to Mother Earth again
It's a good time to make and fly kites
like the children of Asian countries do.

RA-RA Dancing is from Haiti. Each dancer wears a red shirt and carries a red flag. Some dancers carry drums, some carry whios to chase out winter. They yell Ra-ra as soon as they see the leader. Start the dance slowly, clapping to the rhythm of "Rain, rain go away". Sing "Cold, cold go away. Sunshine come back here to stay. Ra-ra." Start slowly, and increase the tempo until you are doing it to a strong calypso beat.

Face left and hold a ribbon with the right hand. Skip around the pole to the music. Change directions, hold streamers with left hand and skip in a counter-clockwise direction.
Enjoy yourselves.
