Lions Clubs are service clubs in communities throughout BC. They actively provide service in their own community and provide services for children and needy individuals throughout BC and the world.

Guiding Members help their local Lions Club by:

Collecting old used eyeglasses:

Lions Clubs sort then recycle them and work in partnership with doctors
to send them around the world (3rd world countries) where they
are distributed to the needy.

Collecting aluminum:

The tabs and food container are 100% pure aluminum. It is sold,
and recycled. The money earned aids the Lions Clubs to run programs and
camps for people with special needs or on dialysis.

- clean aluminum pie plates and food containers (not painted)

Just drop off your donations at your local Lions Club.
